Requirements:

1. Generate:

   • 50 Employees
   • 40 Courses
   • 250 Training Records
   • 15 Announcements
   • 300 Notifications
   • 500 Audit Logs

2. Use realistic Thai employee names.

3. Distribute records across:

   • IT
   • HRD
   • Accounting
   • Sales
   • Engineering
   • Operations

4. Training statuses:

   • Approved
   • Pending
   • Rejected

5. Generate data for year:

   • 2569

6. Ensure dashboard charts have meaningful data:

   • Department Ranking
   • Course Ranking
   • K/S/A Distribution
   • Monthly Trend

7. Create:

docs/uat-seed-data-review.md

Include:

1. Records generated
2. Distribution summary
3. Dashboard validation
4. Report validation
5. Known limitations

Return:
